Our healthy living excursions are purposefully physically demanding while eating healthily and learning healthy living techniques. This is not a boot camp and is not a food deprivation program. There is a certified health coach on every trip that uses an approved menu from a certified nutritionist. These trips are to help people break old habits and replace them with healthy ones. They will be coached everyday on proper meal plans and what their bodies are going through. They will be monitored for safety during the exercise portion of the trips. There is also health consulting follow up that can be arranged for after care.
